Abstract

IBC 2009

The Scientific Committee is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for presentation at the 3rd Annual International Brain Conference at Walt Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.

Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 11/15/09.

Most presentations will be in poster format, although a number of slots may be available for an oral presentation.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submitting it to the Secretariat. Please note that abstract content may be edited at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

Submit following information to ksugaya@mail.ucf.edu

1. Presenting author's contact details; include full mailing address, office hours, phone number and email address.

2. Presentation type preference (poster presentation / oral presentation)

3. Author or authors' names: initial(s) of first name(s), family name

4. Affiliation details of all authors: department; institution / hospital; city; state (if relevant); country

5. Abstract title (limited to 20 words) in UPPER CASE

6. Figures, tables or graphs which you wish to include in the abstract. Images should be submitted in JPG/BMP format, maximum width is 13cm, maximum height is 18cm, and resolution of up to 150dpi.

7. Abstract text - limited to 480 words or 3000 characters (fewer if a figure is included in the abstract)

We recommend using Microsoft Word for editing your abstract, though we will also accept text, PDF formats for submission.
